'The Collections are a good way for us to keep a close eye on the community,' Nordic told Eurogamer, 'and if we were ever to go ahead with new game development in the franchises, their feedback will be eagerly received.The one thing that stands out as soon as you jump into the game, is the destructive environment. These compilation are Nordic's first use of THQ's IP since the buyout, and the publisher might have future plans for the Darksiders and Red Faction franchises. Nordic Games acquired the Darksiders and Red Faction IPs, along with several other THQ franchises, last spring during THQ's liquidation. Nordic explains that Red Faction Collection is not coming to Xbox 360 'because according to Microsoft, the Collection did not comply with some of their guidelines for such a pack.' Nordic isn't adding any additional content to the collections, but will be working to remove Games for Windows Live from the games in Red Faction Complete on PC. These prices translate to around $60 USD / €40 EUR and $40 USD / €30 EUR respectively. On the pricing, the collections will have UK prices of £34.99 for Darksiders, and £24.99 for Red Faction.

The Nordic website shows ratings for UK and Europe on both collections, and an American rating for the PC Darksiders compilation.

Play The collections have no set release dates yet, but Nordic Games told Eurogamer that it expects them to be be released sometime in Q2 2014, between April and June.
